		<description>Caroline - I used a large cast iron skillet to cook mine, but if you have a big 12-inch non-stick pan that will be fine too.  I have a well-seasoned cast iron pan   Either way you go, the oil should prevent the pot stickers from getting stuck to the pan.  Hope this helps.</description>
