I’ve made this twice now and each time has been better than I thought. Today is my husband’s birthday and I’m making it for him again, it’s one of his favorite meals. thanks for the great recipe.

I don’t even eat meat (vegetarian of 10 years) but I saw this on Tastespotting and I thought to myself ‘this is perfect’. It looks absolutely cooked to perfection.
