Just made this peanut sauce the other day for a pizza night I was having with some friends. Everyone about died- the sauce was so good! We then made Thai Peanut Chicken Wraps with the leftover sauce. Thanks for posting this! A much simpler recipe than I have seen on other recipe sites! LOVE IT!

I am so happy to see a peanut sauce recipe that doesn't contain wheat or soy! My appetite for peanut sauce may now be satisfied!

Jasmine - I'm with you. All natural peanut butter is the way to go for almost all cooking applications in my book. When I was a kid, it was Jif or nothing. These days I've come to grips with the fact that natural peanut butter will just never be that smooth and spreadable.

I recommend using all natural peanut butter. It doesn't have all the preservatives, extra sugar, and it's pretty oily already so makes it easier to stir and incorporate the ingredients. I find it gives the peanut sauce a more natural taste.
